The OneVu service is now operating with two participating online banking groups, Lloyds TSB and Royal Bank of Scotland. Together, these banks provide access to around 40% of the UK’s Internet bankers. Other major high street banks are undergoing development with OneVu or are in advanced discussion with us.
Lloyds TSB went live with their ‘Bill manager’ service in November 2006. Lloyds TSB describe their service as ‘groundbreaking’, as it allows customers to pay, view and store ‘paperless’ bills online.
With around four million Internet banking customers, Lloyds TSB are keen to capitalise on research which shows that at least two-thirds of online banking customers want to be able to manage all their bills online (source: ICM).
